BUFFET SERVICE
Recommended Choice -- Buffet is our most popular option — and with good reason. Buffet service offers a premium experience at a balanced cost. Guests enjoy abundant selections, beautiful presentation, and efficient service with fewer staff required. Ideal for weddings, corporate events, and private parties where you want both elegance and value.
Upgrade with Chef Performance – Add live chef stations such as hibachi, sizzling fajitas, or steakhouse grills for an unforgettable show.
plated service
A more formal dining style, ideal for weddings and upscale events. Each guest is served individually at their seat with full staff and bussing support. While plated service creates elegant dining experience, it is also our most premium-priced service due to the staff and preparation required.
This is our restaurant-style option — refined, memorable, and sure to impress.
drop off
Just the food — hot, fresh, and ready to serve. Perfect for parties, meetings, and casual gatherings. We deliver directly to your door, with the option to set up on-site or leave it at the door. Budget-Friendly Option.

THEME BASE MENUS
ITALIAN BUFFET
One of our most popular buffets is our Italian buffet. Served with 2 entrees (exp: Chicken Alfredo & Meatsauce spaghetti), your Salad choice, and garlic rolls. Also can be customized.
STEAKHOUSE BUFFET
Includes 2 main entrees (usually a Beef and Chicken), 2 sides, your choice salad. Fresh rolls. (exp: Ribeye, Sirloin, Filet Mignon, T-bone steak, beef tips, Chopped steak)
QUARTER CHICKEN BUFFET
Quarter Chicken buffet has over 10 different chicken flavors to choose from. Your choice of 2 sides. Choice salad. Fresh rolls.
MEXICAN BUFFET
Sizzling fajita buffet includes steak fajita, chicken fajita, Spanish rice, our homestyle charro beans, tortillas, pico de gallo, & salsa.
HAWAIIAN BUFFET
Includes 2 main entrees (usually jerk Chicken and Hawaiian bbq pork chops), 2 sides (Hawaiian cole slaw & Luau Fried rice). Island sweet rolls.
